As Executive Coach I am working globally supporting leaders in hyper-growth companies who want to increase their impact, inspire their teams and succeed in highly complex and volatile environments.
I bring +25 years of professional experience in the for-profit and for-benefit sector in a Fortune Global 500 company and its corporate foundations, most recently in functions like managing director, member of the board of directors, member of the board of other organizations.
I have 10 years of experience as an expat, working with remote teams across countries and in headquarter-subsidiary relationships. I have run my own company in the field of publishing related services.
I aspire to build and maintain the highest-quality of knowledge on the science, art, and practice of coaching.
As an ICF Credential-holders I have pursued and complete rigorous coaching education and practice requirements.
As a member of the International Coaching Federation I have access to industry research, best practices, professional development opportunities including educational webinars, networking with peers, across a global community of organizations for sharing best practices on coaching in coaching in organizations.
I am Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation), certified Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC, Center for Right Relationship), certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC, The Coaches Training Institute) and studying Psychology at the University of Bielefeld.
Passionate about fermentation innovation I like to partner with yeasts and microorganisms to bring positive change to our nutrition today.

Virtual Education of the International Coach Federation, German Chapter
From February 2017 I am volunteering in the Virtual Education of the ICF German Chapter, first as Chapter Host and have passed on the relay to Anne Schweppenhäußer in 2019. Continuous professional development is the asset our members are mainly looking for. From just a few virtual education events a year we have been able - with the support of the tireless commitment of board member Peter Tschötschel and a team of professional coaches - to raise the bar up to 50 events - today more than a hundred - per year and offer a broader range of formats: Webinars, Coaching Skills Forum, Book Reviews, Coaching Laboratory, Productivity Tools for Coaches, and Peer-Reviews. In order to co-create with Virtual Education Volunteers all over the world I created the Virtual Education Network Woldwide.
